Really nice hotel in great location. 5min walk from city centre. Room was really clean with modern bathroom. Staff members are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parking available in sister hotel 5min walk away

The entrance hallway area and reception were great
The top floor room was definitely not worth the £256.50 we paid for it . I don’t normally write reviews but the quality of the accommodation , bed mattress, room size, faulty plug sockets, broken hair dryer, pokey bathroom , broken window latch (so you could not secure valuables in your room when you went out), squeaky floor and no sound barrier between the corridor and the bedroom has meant that I really need to provide feedback. We expected much more for what we paid .
