Very helpful and friendly staff.
The fact that you had to climb up a lot of steps from street level to the hotel proper - there is a porter to help with luggage though.

The hotel is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is simple but enjoyable, and it’s especially nice to sit outside in the courtyard and have breakfast in a relaxed setting. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
We did notice a drainage smell in the bathroom one morning, although this only happened on one of our four nights. Another thing to note is that there are about three to four steep flights of stairs to reach the rooms, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
