Casa do Bairro by Shiadu

Nice location, pleasant design, the room was quite comfortable even though the stairs and up the heel location make your muscles work. Decent value

Probably it is a matter of a benchmark as mine was very high - I've stayed at this hotel 14 years ago and was blown away by the hospitality of the stuff like nowhere I've seen before or after. That made me come back to the hotel this time and recommend it to others. And now the magic is gone - it is just regular, if not below the average. You get the required minimum of attention, but you don't feel loved. It is difficult to explain, as all the main elements were present, people are polite, they just do their job, but there is no human to human engagement. And a simple logistical suggestion: if the hotel would provide guests the access to coffee machine that could simplify the breakfast logistics and free up the staff for more meaningful activities

Small but boutique

Stairs and high steps everywhere. Absolutely not for persons with mobility issues

Great location, nice big room, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast - lovely fresh fruit and veg, baked goods, cereal, bread, cheese, meat and fresh orange juice. Very attentive staff. Aircon worked well. Good bathroom.

Nothing.

Location is really nice. Young lady at front desk did a really great job.

I paid 200+ euros per night for a dark room with tiny window. Standard room. Facilities were not maintained well, shower door was broken, so the entire floor got wet after showering. There was one lady at the front desk, who was unfriendly, didnt speak english. Inappropriate guest service for such a price range. Coffee was not nice, cappucino coffee with milf from an automatic machine. Very narrow breakfast area, Uncomfortable.
