Wasn't as close to main attractions

We were greeted by warm and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was delicious.

Someone in the room above us had some kind of exercise machine that they sometimes used late at night. Very loud.

Location was fantastic for old Lisbon, staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast had a good choice.

The staff were so friendly and we enjoyed the little personal touches to our stay: The cheese and wine they gave us one night was delicious. We also really liked the little cakes delivered to our room each night! The room was a good size, with a roomy closet. It was nicely furnished and the breakfast was good. The bathroom fittings were nice and modern.

Our room was a good size but a bit damp - especially when we woke up in the morning and after we showered. The shower cubicle was in the bedroom while the toilet and sink were in a separate room. The latch to the bathroom was on the outside of the door so you couldn't close yourself in for privacy.

We had the Deluxe Suite which was a fantastic room! It was spacious with beautiful décor, huge balcony doors and a really cute bathroom. The breakfast setup was great, lots of choice and plenty available regardless of time (they served between 7:30am and 10:30am). We liked the hall setup with three different areas to eat, seating everyone at long tables so it felt like a residential school trip! The location was also excellent, and within walking distance of trains, major landmarks and plenty of food and drinks places.

The air-conditioning didn't work properly so the room was very hot at night time. It was difficult having the balcony doors open for some cool breeze because it was quite loud outside during the night.

Everything was just GREAT. Starting from the staff - they were super helpful, nice, friendly... Rooms are designed in a way, that you just feel comfortable and that there is nothing you need more, breakfast was amazing - fresh, tasty. I will definitely go back there.

There is absolutely nothing I didn't enjoy during the stay.

There was a lot of noise from people walking upstairs. This probably because the building is a bit older.

Sound insulation between floors would make the rooms even more tranquil. The location is very central, away from touristic lisbon and surrounded with all amenities and quality restaurants.

Breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs made to order and all the extras tasted amazing and fresh! Staff were very friendly and helpful with top recommendations!

Breakfast was excellent, very rich and everything was fresh. All you can eat buffet. Room size was great, very big and spacious room. One lack of the room is that it was ground floor and facing the street, so It was noisy and times and didn't feel safe. The location is good, not city center but a nice walk, about 20 minutes from the centre, and lots to see between.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Towels weren't changed unless we asked for it. Room was a bit cold and the heating wasn't working well.

As an experienced traveler, I really like to chat with the people working in hospitialtiy. The receptionist from Brasil gave me some insight of how it is to live in Lisbon and some information on the concept of the guesthouse. So nice of him! I enjoyed staying here. And I will come back for my next break from Berlin. #loveLisboa

Very friendly staff, wonderful cheese , great service! I have met 5 staff all of them including cleaning team are all very good! Reception guy brought us handwritten card and handmade fresh brownies, really appreciate it! He is such a great one! Will stay there again next time! Sarah Sui from Ireland :)
