The property has an elevator that conveniently transports you to street level right in the heart of the square, eliminating the need to climb any hills or steps.

Beautiful property.
Thoroughly enjoyed.
We had the view of the castle and it was gorgeous.
Nothing to say I didn’t like it. Everything worked well and the property was clean so, nothing.

The location could not be better! The staff was gracious and accommodating. The proximity to sights was amazing!
The bathroom was very small. There were no outlets in the bathroom. There was no kettle or coffee making ability in the room, however the wonderful staff helped me w coffee multiple times over. I just felt bad for asking.

Location is very central near the funicular .
We where assigned in a room with 5 flight of stairs. Imagine pulling 2 pieces of 25kgs luggage upstairs with no one helping you. This was not stated on the website which is deceiving. Plus there is no ac , they provided a fan that did not do anything to circulate the air . We requested it to be changed but they did not do anything about it making our stay very uncomfortable.
