Clean and well maintained. Great location for the congress theatre and the seafront activities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely.
Room was very small. No parking, you have to pay for a permit, ours blew down and we got a ticket.

It was FINE. Comfy, sea view from lovely breakfast room. I heard no noise.
I had a single room - it had an awkward lay-out (no-one’s fault .. they’ve squeezed an extra room in, difficult space to design). But it worked without any problem, end of corridor far from lift and doors: quiet. I’d book THIS room again.

Bed uncomfortable, needs new mattresses or maybe mattress toppers. Toilet seat was loose fitting and not the right shape for the pan. Toilet roll holder was broken. Shower tray was slippery so could have done with a bath mat.
