Staff are very warming and accomodating, friendly.
There are few concerns about the cups and tea spoon in our room which is not properly wash. Stain of coffee is visible. Bathroom door knob is not working properly.

Great location & friendly staff. Nice breakfast, lots of choice.
Needs updating/refurb, it’s a bit shabby/tired & whilst it was clean, things like black mould in bathroom, and dusty/stained skirting boards & carpets need addressing.
