Ambience and location excellent. Exceptionally helpful and polite staff

The staff. The greatest compliment I can give is that this was a B&B+ hotel. This is a compliment as it’s extremely rare to have such personal interaction with owners & staff. They were so warm & welcoming. We arrived late as this was a transit day for us but nothing was any trouble. We were unexpectedly offered a meat & cheese platter for dinner & introduced to the hotels sommelier. What a lovely young man and he gave us a tour of the hotels cellars and explained its history. We also got an outstanding Mersault from the cellar to enjoy our dinner with. Truly first class service and in lovely setting

Nothing not to like but breakfast was basic

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming… especially with our dog! Fantastic parking in a gated courtyard… felt very safe.

superb location right next to Gevrey Chambertin vineyards and we were given a glass of local Cremant on arrival, in my view as good as Champagne, very comfortable beds and excellent view from bedrooms and good air con (the heat wave had ended but it was still welcome)

no restaurant in hotel but good ones nearby
