Cape Heritage Hotel

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Air conditioners worked very well, would be handy in hot summer days. Lots of towels and products in the bathroom. High quality pillows and linen. Staff helped to iron one of my shirts for a small fee. I would have given it only 8 or 9 out of 10 stars because of some noise in the room (which is expected given the central location), but because the staff outperformed I am giving it 10/10! There is also 24/7 security at night that open and close the entrance doors, so its very safe.

Can be noisy at night given very central location

Not your usual bland hotel. Excellent staff Good location Felt very safe and welcoming Best hotel breakfast ever

Bit of night noise from nearby venues but nothing to irritating.

Cleanliness, comfort, and the staff were amazing. Friendly and so welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was lovely.

The staff were friendly and it was value for money

Our rooms didn't have any window or the window couln't be opened as it was facing the internal staircase. Also the room was too close to the passageway so we felt it was loud and noisy and didn't have any privacy
