O quarto é muito espaçoso, e a cama muito confortável. Gostei também das garrafas de água disponíveis no quarto diariamente, uma com gás e outra sem. O café e o chá. Muito bom

A sensibilidade das chaves é muito baixa e dificultava acionar o elevador e as vezes abrir a porta do quarto, a Internet no quarto é péssima. As vezes não conecta. Fui tomar o pequeno almoço e no regresso a chave não funcionava, fui reclamar na recepção e disseram que a chave q estava comigo não era minha,mas sim de um outro quarto. Foi muito estranho uma vez que a chave esteve sempre comigo. Penso que desativaram antes da hora do check-out, foi muito desagradável.

The room I received was very spacious.

The restaurant menu needs more variety. The presentation of food needs some upgrading. Waiters need training. Service not so great. Buffett needs a new look and upgrade. Looks tired with the two delicious monster plants. Presentation needs an update too. Pastries were old and stale accept for croissants.

The staff were friendly

It was very cold during the night. The heater in my room and my sons rooms were not working.I informed the receptionist on the day of my departure and it was sorted

The Staff is exceptional,they go beyond client an customer care they go the xtra mile for their clients I was auper amaze by their services we got from the door till by the reception desk SUPER PROFESSIONAL STAFF -WILBUR -ZUKISWA -BRONWYN -ANDILE -CRISTINE These five beautiful souls made my stay absolutely memorable🫶🏻🫶🏻

Hotel is very basic I would say. But staffs are really nice. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The room is well equipped, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the location is very good.

Location for VFS Global Visa offices was perfect, as for having walking access to central Cape Town. The area is modern and clean. The staff were great, rooms lovely and modern and clean. The breakfast was fresh and varied. Security is good with key cards for lift access.

We arrived after dark, and I felt quite apprehensive on arrival, being my first time at Park Inn Raddison. The foyer area is dreadfully dark. Same with the 6th floor - very poorly lit, and it gave off a very dismal appearance. Then we went to the 11th floor, and same - so poorly lit with no atmosphere, no coffee. It felt like the hotel was closed. It was a Sunday night. I did not feel comfortable to even ask where we could have dinner in the hotel, so we went to our room at 6:30pm and stayed there. It was not a good experience. In the morning, with daylight, it seemed much better.

The breakfast is fine but does not have a lot of variety, they offer eggs, mushroom, chefs' speciality which also contains eggs, we only got sausages on request

Maybe the shuttle can be added

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent as I had to attend a conference at the convention center.

The water temperature wasn't consistent. Occasionally the water in the shower in the morning did not heat up.
