Very central. Could walk to the CTICC and red bus stops. Rooms were well proportioned. Abigail on the evening housekeeping shift helped us out with our requests and Lo captivated the children at breakfast. He went out of his way for us. We also enjoyed the option of the free shuttle to the V&A.

They did not bring towels on the second day but the following date they did bring towels in my room.

The location was excellent. Close to everything.
The service was not so great. Staff were very kind but would forget our requests or just weren’t as efficient as we would expect. We booked an airport transfer for 3 people plus a baby, they sent us and made us pay for a 12pax van with luggage carriage at the back. I don’t know how they got it so wrong when we sent an email.
