The hotel is extremely well located, and it was nice to have a US king size bed.
The breakfast was horrible. It's basically frozen food that they reheat. One morning, the eggs were cold and I told the staff about it. They literally took plate and put it into the microwave right in front of me. It's really not worth the 20EUR. You'd be better off going to the Paul bakery that right around the corner and have a much more savory breakfast for 10EUR.

The room was small but cozy and cute: a big bonus for the wooden blinds which made the room completely dark in the morning. The decoration was pretty and the spa & gym was small but lovely: a great bonus after walking around all day!
Our bathroom has a very strong urine smell when we came; however, after mentioning it to reception, they were very quickly to clean it so thank you for that; the smell disappeared after that. They were also quite slow to clean up the corridors: the corridor had food on the floors for the whole day. Overall, seemed like they had a bit of a lack of staff.

This hotel has beautiful interiors, comfy beds and lovely staff members.
Unfortunately, our room smelt a little bit like fish, like a damp cloth was used to clean the room. Additionally, when we had our slot for the spa access we couldn’t get the steam room or the sauna to work, however we enjoyed our dip in the plunge pool.

Excellent location and the tiny spa was a bonus.
Lacklustre welcome. Much smaller than expected with limited space in the breakfast room. Room much smaller than expected, too. If it hadn't been for the recent refurbishment, I might have sought out a different hotel for the night.
