Location is good & for the money it’s fine. The food was good, better than expected. The property seemed to ask a lot of the staff, the lady in the evening was very nice & helpful. The man in the morning wasn’t quite so good at a customer facing role but was ok.
It’s tired & worn, but this is reflected in the price.

The location and views from the room were lovely
It’s a little dated and creaky - could also be called character!

A good location for cycling around Dartmoor. Externally a bit disappointing but once inside, lovely helpful staff and excellent food. They went the extra mile as I had lost an item of jewellery of great sentimental value, which they found for me, thank you so much!
The building needs a bit of modernisation.
