Great Breakfast buffet, Rooms were very cool, modern and nice. Bar was great, the bartender was fantastic. We ate and drank on the seating area on the canal and had an amazing time. One of the best places to stay. The gondolas and taxis stop right at the door to the hotel. so cool.

Beautiful location by the canal and a lovely bridge. Small boutique property with a local feel to the service. The same couple of service managers you start to get to know. Out of the main thoroughfares but a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge, and another few mins to San Marco square. Brilliant location for a romantic special occasion getaway!
Very little. Maybe if I was to neat pick, the bathroom gets fogged up after hot showers and the staff said that it is normal. The exhaust fan operate quietly and does the job. Toilet flush buttons didn’t bounce back after we push it but can be easily adjusted. We didn’t complain about this as it is minor for us.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. We asked to switch room and the receptionist made an extra effort to accommodate our request.
The lady at breakfast was super nice.
The hotel was very quiet. We loved the location- easy to get to public boat lines and from and to the airport.
Few good restaurants and delicious ice cream less than 5 min from the hotel.
The room size was very small.
