It was close to the train station, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a beautiful park close to it. The owners were very friendly and pleasant throughout our stay, we were well looked after. The breakfast was delicious every morning, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves 🥰

Hospitality was fantastic from arriving, Georgie and Alex so welcoming. Bay Villa was exactly as described. Our room was excellent, the bed was so comfy, and we slept really well. Could not fault anything, attention to detail on all aspects of the room was as expected. The view over the sands is lovely and relaxing. Roll top bath in the room is a great aspect to the room, nice to relax in after day sightseeing. Little extras available for us are a very nice touch. As it was my birthday the surprise bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Picking our breakfast the night before to be delivered to our room at a time suitable for us (table set up as would have been in a dining room) a great way to start our day with the view of the bay. Breakfasts were excellent and very tasty. Georgie and Alex keep doing what you are doing. Thank you for making our three night stay so relaxing.

Bay villa grange over sands was exceptionally beautiful bed and breakfast on arrival we met a lovely young lady called Georgia who shown us to our room told us about the history off the building was such a beautiful history as this was her family home when she was young child
The room was like stepping back in time absolutely beautiful room with a four poster bed and a beautiful bath. The most amazing part in the whole room was the view. Bed was so comfortable and they provided little extras like a couple of beers in the fridge and water and snacks which was a lovely touch. Also they provided a charger. They absolutely thought of everything for your stay. In the morning we met Alex who was so lovely they brought our breakfast to the room set it out the breakfast is 10 out of 10 out 10 with fine ingredients we will definitely recommend this place we definitely be returning
