Ambiance decor and location were all superb
Just a little out of town perhaps

A lovely quiet location just near the port. We had a room with balcony overlooking the water and , with the door open, found it soothing to hear the waves at high tide when we woke up.
The hotel has bikes for rental which we took to explore l’ile de ré.
Breakfast in the lovely dining room or on the pretty terrace is a perfect pleasure.
The young team of personnel are extremely helpful, courteous and, wearing their maritime t shirts adds a special atmosphere to the hotel.

The views from the balcony were amazing and being able to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning sunshine was just perfect. We were able to check in early as our room was ready which was a nice surprise. It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre along the seafront.
We had no issues at all
