Great location with easy access to lots of different areas of Madrid. The rooftop bar was good for late night drinks and daytime snacks & coffee, lunch etc. It was too hot to sit on the terrace in August but it looked nice. Good service with doorman an added extra. Free beers in the room was a nice touch. Good air-conditioning in the room which was needed in the heat of summer.

The room was quite small but was nonetheless well designed. Our bathroom door was broken so didn't shut properly but the shower was good.

the quality of the service is really next level. The facilities, the rooms are perfect. I booked a suite it was so exceptional. The breakfast is also something different. I will always come back to this hotel. Really looking forward to come during the summer to enjoy the pool on the rooftop.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring in lots of directions. The bars are all very cool with a good selection of interesting alcoholic and non alcoholic options. very well thought out menus and what food options we had, were excellent. Staff in the main were excellent. Design of the hotel in the communal areas were great and the roof bar lovely.

The hotel failed to tell us the pool wasn’t in use and this was the sole reason we booked a hotel with a pool and paid extra for that in comparison to other hotel options. We only knew as I asked did they provide towels for lounger use the day we were due to arrive! TBH on reflection the pool isn’t what it looks on photos. it’s very small and 5 people around it would be a crowd! it’s for pretty photo ops only and we’re not Instagram’ers Some of the male staff in the roof bar area were a little on the grumpy side! The room was very dark with little natural light and very noisy. Not sure where they get “soundproof “ rooms from, definitely not! When the room was serviced they left no replacement toilet roll, no coffee refill and they removed and never replaced one of the Bath robes. The mini bar was warm, not cold so defeats the object of having one.

Amazing location that was centrally placed for exploring Madrid. Airport was 15 mins in cab and easy to find and use in both directions. At the hotel Staff were all individually helpful In Their roles,.from the rooftop barman to the reception team. The room was as expected with a top hotel. Nice finishing touches included hair straighteners and “the White Company” toiletries which smelt gorgeous.

A turn down service is offered but feel it’s not needed T this hotel and it was used when I was out on one of the nights. I had said no the first night. They opened up a skyline set of windows, I couldn’t reach to close and therefore meant it was noisy and cold the second night.
