Hotel Mirador

Amazing breakfast and lovely views from hotel pool

Nothing

Location

Great location, late checkout policy, bedrooms, rooftop pool, view and cocktails at the bar

Really loud in the surrounding area because of the clubs down the street, had to shout at people outside at 1/2am

Location is ideal, pool area was nice, staff were lovely.

Our stay on the 5th floor was disappointing due to major noise issues and an outdated room. Located right next to the breakfast room and the public steps above the car park, thin walls meant street noise kept us up throughout the evening. Though housekeeping tidied and gave us fresh towels daily, the duvet was stained and the room decor felt thoroughly worn out. On our way to the pool, we noticed several newly refurbished rooms—we would have happily paid more for one had this option been made clear during booking. To top it off, I messaged the hotel beforehand regarding our arrival time and anniversary, but received zero response or recognition.
