Hotel Timoulay and Spa Agadir

Absolutely exceptional place. From the first minute we arrived to this hotel to the time of departure everyone was welcoming and professional and the building was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and all the staff very kind and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels in Europe from London to Spain, but Timoulay Hotel and Spa Agadir beats them all. Thank you very much to all the staff, you were amazing. We will be back next year.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Clean room, great pool and facilities, good breakfast options, amazing staff. Definitely book the spa. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is extremely clean with very friendly staff. Short walk to beach. Pool is lovely and great to dip into to cool off when sunbathing.

WIFI a bit intermittent.

The staff were good ,particularly the smiley young man on the door who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took the bags etc. and supported me, literally, wherever he could. Well worth a 200 dirham tip.

Reservations - the system is inexplicable and unsatisfactory. I had reserved the room weeks ago. I had asked for easy access to the elevator and services because of reduced mobility. I had received a reply of "we do what we can do" When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite about 200 feet along a corridor ,up a flight of stairs . I was told rooms were allocated on the day depending on availability. and that the hotel was full. If the room that I had requested had been available for our night at the time I made the booking, why could it not have been allocated to me there and then? If I had wanted a suite, I would have booked one and why were there only six other people at dinner and ten at breakfast if the hotel was full? Answers from management, please. Buffet dinner was one of the worst., as was breakfast. No show- cooking as told in the hotel details so everything tired and tepid. When will decent hotels produce buffet food in smaller, more frequently renewed hot plates?
