Nice pool area , great beach access

All inclusive not a good value, the restaurant we wanted was open our first night but if you were not there before noon that day you could not get in even though the restaurant was half empty. Our check in was 3pm but reservations closed at noon. The next day when I could make reservations the Morrocian restaurant was closed and the only thing available other than the buffet was the seafood restaurant which was almost empty and not good. I would prefer to spend my dining dollars elsewhere in the town but we already paid. The all inclusive drinks were mostly fruit drinks. The show in the show room was terrible. Also 3 small elevators for entire resort one of which was out of service.

Prime Beachfront Location: The hotel is located right on the beach promenade. You step out of the property and are directly on the fine sandy beach with a dedicated hotel area, free sun loungers, and umbrellas. Pool & Aqua Park: The swimming pools and water slides were a highlight and provided plenty of fun during our stay. Rooms with a View: The rooms are clean, comfortably furnished, and the ocean view from the balcony is absolutely worth it. Welcoming Staff: The team at reception and throughout the restaurants/bars was attentive, friendly, and always helpful.

Limited Drinks at Dinner (Half Board): We booked Half Board, but only plain water was included with the dinner buffet. All other beverages (soft drinks, juices, beer, wine) had to be paid separately. Pricey Lunch Buffet: If you want to eat lunch inside the resort, the lunch buffet is quite expensive compared to the local restaurants along the promenade. Extra Surcharges for Specialty Restaurants: Even with Half Board, dining at the à la carte and specialty restaurants requires extra fees. Noisy Evenings from Lobby Music: Due to the open architectural layout, the evening music played in the lobby echoes throughout the building. If you like to go to sleep early or are sensitive to noise, this can be quite bothersome.

In the shower room should have a shower curtain or a door to keep the shower water inside the shower area Whenever we had shower the water was going on the floor. No much options in BBQ As a 5 start hotel they should have coffee machine and available free all the time to the customers
