Amazing from start to finish

Beautiful Moroccan interiors and an incredible garden setting for the outdoor pool. Staff were great and very attentive. The spa was amazing. The food in the restaurant was incredible both for breakfast and dinner

Dishonest hotel. Poor location. Indifferent staff. Over advertised.

The so called Deluxe room with sea view technically directly faces to a house with Red wall and the sea could hardly be seen via a very small angle. Definitely different from pictures posted on Booking.com. Not mentioning construction tools piling up just under the terrace made us uncomfortable to stay. Complaining to the staff just got the answer that “oh, we only have four room with good sea view and they were all occupied when you checked in”. Stupid excuse even without any guilty. Then why do you sell more rooms which do not comply with descriptions?

Beautiful tasteful modern yet traditional Riad set just outside the main resort.

it was a beautiful modern but traditional Riad. Lovely, helpful staff. it was outside the main town which we liked and a good location for walking to the promenade with the restaurants or getting a short taxi ride. Beautiful pool and gardens. Good food and wine in the hotel restaurant.

Nothing except the restaurant opened at 8.30pm rather than 8pm.

Beautiful old stye Riad in Agadir, with plenty of Charm, Ambience and great Food.

Lovely hotel in idyllic grounds, the plants, greenery and ambience was lovely. The reception on arrival was friendly and helpful. we were shown through the gardens as the room was not yet ready, we ate a lovely lunch by the poolside and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. The meals were delightful, dinner in the evening was just as good as lunchtime and we felt transported to colonial French east Asia, I'd happily stay again if in Agadir.

The route to the poolside is a bit convoluted and confusing to navigate

The riad is very peaceful and the decor is beautiful . The restaurant and bar are very relaxing and the food is very good. The spa is terrific.

A great experience, you won't regret it

Beautifully decorated and very friendly staff. The breakfast is worth the money and you can eat by the pool with birds flying around. We enjoyed the spa area where the pool was warm and the jacuzzi was really nice.

My only critique was some plug fixtures were loose from the wall and felt unsafe to use.

Excellent small hotel

Staff were friendly and attentive. Beautiful intimate hotel.

The room safe was not fixed to anything. You could pick it up and walk away. The balcony door would not lock and they did not fix it despite my requests Bed was very very hard. Room 205 does not have a sea or pool view. Its is hidden by trees. Room 205 very noisy being immediately above the bar with live music.

Lovely quiet location, well appointed spacious room. Excellent food in restaurant. Nice pool and Jacuzzi- but a bit on the cool side.

A lovely holiday and just what we wanted lovely stay, staff, food and peace and quiet

A lovely Riad, quiet and peaceful, wonderful staff from Management to cleaning, very friendly nothing too much trouble. Kept immaculate and the food was excellent especially the Crepe Suzette. Lots of personal touches.

The Air-Con didn't work and found the room very hot at night

absolutely loved Morocco and will be returning!

my AirPods went missing in the restaurant and despite my tracking device telling me they were there they denied any knowledge and later on in the day I tracked them moving from the hotel to apartment buildings in the suburbs of the town so there was nothing I could really do but left a bad taste !

tastefully decorated and beautiful place, terrible food and service

stunning decoration, beautiful pools, very hot sauna and lovely warm indoor pool, a variety of cute cosy seating areas indoors and outdoors

Very poor service - we were given a lunch menu only to be told when we went to order, none of it was available and all we could have was sandwiches. our order took 45 minutes to arrive and was wrong. The staff were allowing smoking inside the restaurant and when we brought it up, we were the ones to be moved. The food was slow, and very underwhelming in taste and size.

A beautiful, tranquil, indulgent oasis which we would love to return to. Thank you to everyone.

Incredibly polite, friendly, professional staff. Room size was brilliant. Whole hotel was immaculate. Every little detail was perfect. Beautiful, stunning, tranquil oasis. We were made to feel so special and we've already said we'll be returning for our 10th wedding anniversary!

Noisy dogs at night which disturbed our sleep. Wifi was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel. But even with these negatives we had the best week and absolutely recommend the hotel to all.

lovely but outside area needs improvement!

cleaners were amazing and did small touches in the room which we loved. hotel looks amazing at night with all the candles and the restaurant is absolutely stunning.

the outside area really needs improvement. there were lots of pool bugs (so we couldn’t swim and we aren’t fussy people!) and the sun beds were really dirty so no one used them. could definitely do with a freshen up in certain parts of the hotel as it’s a little worn out.
