Very friendly and accommodation staff. Great location with walking distance to everything you would like to do in San Teodoro. Nice, easy and clean.

Very helpful staff, big parking place, near the beach La Cinta and a super pizzeria del artisti. The room was very big with AC and fridge and the garden was so nice.
When we arrived, we received a room at the ground floor which had a humidity smell because of a fload they experienced a night before at the room upstairs. Because the hotel was fully booked, the hotel manager managed to book another room at a different hotel.

Lovely breakfast, yummy croissants, coffee, cereal, fruits, bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes in lovely room with great staff.

Few minutes walk from the town center, generally nice place. Good breakfast, WiFi also OK. Fridge in the room. Comfortable beds. Parking in front of the hotel is free but not guarded.
Furniture look a bit worn out already. Restaurant (for lunch or dinner) not working outside the main season.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and five minutes walk from the fantastic beach La Cinta. There was nos fuzz with getting free parking outside of the La Palma and the staff was kind and helpful which was appreciated. They were also easy to talk with which gave a homy feeling.
The standard of the rooms is quite simple and the appliances could need an upgrade. The bathroom, though, was modern and we had a little balcony too. The sound from the refrigerator was too loud though but we were able to sleep and I found the bed to be not that comfortable but acceptable. Cleaning was very good.
The breakfast was a lot better than in the description on the hotel's homepage, though they were out of butter a couple of days. All in all, I do recommend this hotel and I'd be glad to return.
The level of English spoken by the staff was poor and should be improved.
The breakfast was good but plates were quickly picked clean and refill to a little bit longer than desired.
No wi-fi in the rooms which is a big minus, only in the reception.

Location was super , close to the beach La Cinta, 5 min walk. The room was very clean. Super friendly stuff.
