The layout, space and pool area. Hot tub and roof terrace, sunbeds and chairs.

Paid a lot to heat the pool and it was never warm. Hot tub also took hours to warm up.

We have been before and were very happy to go again. The new restaurant is great. The villa was also very good and we love the privacy and having our own pool. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. we hired a car and it is only a half hour drive. We like being able to go down into the old town to eat in the evenings which is a short taxi ride.

The breakfast buffet was average and sometimes popular items were not topped up regularly. The fresh fruit was good but not all the fruit was fresh. The freshly cooked eggs, omlette etc was good but the pre cooked hot food wasn't great.

Wonderful staff. Very well appointed and looked after. Best Villa we have stayed in. Fabulous pool and the hot tub and sun loungers on the roof terrace were the icing on the cake!

Maybe a bit far out from Corralejo, although only €5 in a taxi. Not easy to walk to town and other than 2 local supermarkets across the road, there are few good restaurants in walking distance. There is the on site restaurant but we didn’t try it.

The villas were amazing, peaceful and private. the white walls and blue water were so pretty! The beaches were close and perfect and the shopping and eating locally really good too. I loved having daily access to the gym. The breakfast was really good.

The evening meals could have been better quality. we had half board but ended up eating out most nights. the villas do not have interconnecting rooms unless you ask in advance. This isn’t good for families with small children for safety reasons, mostLy because of the pool.

Having our own pool and jacuzzi was great.

the villa was fully walled and felt safe, especially if young children are on the property. I liked it had a pool and jakuzi

inside the villa it felt a bit aged and needed an extra coat of paint. the pool was not worth the extra money to heat it, as it was still cold to go in and if the jakuzi is attached to the pool, that was cold too.

Great staff at reception, Security and cleaning! Private Pool well heated! Great villa. protected from the wind.

Small improvements: the pool could have been cleaned better. Despite the town is just 30 min walk from the residence, you need a car to move around When Breakfast is included , having to pay for a decent coffee or Capuccino could be improved.

Went for a big anniversary and it was romantic. The garden villa was amazing, felt secluded and it was hard to believe it was all ours! The pool area was gorgeous for sunbathing but the roof terrace was our favourite place. Comfy bed and best shower ever! Amazing staff, everyone so helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant. They provided gluten free rolls for us each morning, which were defrosted and a bit hit and miss, but any issues were sorted straight away. Chef talked me through the buffet when we ate dinner there, explaining what contained wheat. The bar was closed (assumed due to covid) but we managed to get cocktails delivered from Chris' Kitchen just up the road. I think the hotel missed a trick as they could offer that service delivering on golf carts, a cocktail by the pool is what everyone wants!

We paid to have the pool heated, but it didn't really reach a comfortable temperature until the maybe the last day of our week when the weather was too poor to sunbathe - typical! You had to brace yourself but it was 'nice once you're in', but you couldn't stay in for long. We probably spent 20/30 mins altogether per day in there at most, even on the hottest days. In the summer I'm sure it would be a wonderful relief but not sure I'd go back in November as we paid for a private pool we didn't get to use enough. The privacy of high walls is fantastic, but it meant the pool was shaded in parts all day which didn't help. The answer at reception was that they only guarantee to 24 degrees and ours reached about 28, which is fair enough, but 24 degrees would have felt like it was not heated at all if ours was anything to go by, so not much of a guarantee! Maybe increase in winter months? The sofas in the lounge were not the most comfortable.

Very well kept complex with clean alleys and well cared for plants at every corner. Villas are very private, large, brilliantly equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, all you can possibly need to cook your meals and a filtered coffee machine). Staff are very friendly and incredibly helful. It is a perfect place to relax in very comfortable surroundings, providing that you are in the right villa (see what I didnt like below!). We only used the restaurant twice: once for dinner and once for breakfast, because there are a lot of great restaurants in Corralejo. It was nice and handy but nothing special.

Ants.. We stayed for 6 days. First night was a nightmare but I couldnt figure out why, I woke up on a night two with ants all over us, the bed and all the way down to the bathroom. We moved to the other room and reported it next morning. It was dealt with immiediately, guys sprayed the villa, sheets were changed. Nonetheless ants came back a day later to the kitchen area this time, reported again and it was dealt with again, usuccesfully but it was easier to deal with in the kitchen than in the bedroom. For the amount of money we payed for a stay, this was unacceptable. We stayed in the the villa on the last cul de sac in the 1st half of October. We only had sun in the pool area for c. 40 min. during the day and only in the actual pool. Potentially this was because the winter sun is lower etc. We had roof top terrace with jacuzzi which was flooded with sun all day to be fair. Nonetheless, it would have been nice to enjoy the pool without climbing up and down the stairs.

The villa was very nice, spacious, bright and relaxing, the jacuzzi warm and the pool very enjoyable!

The food was poorly executed and weirdly enough the most disappointing night was the Spanish/canary dinner.

Villa was very comfortable and private which was nice for us. Staff were excellent and always happy to say hello.

It was a little noisy with all the construction work, mainly outside of the complex. It might be an idea to keep families and couples apart. Kids can be loud at times.

Amazing stay! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful time.
