There was cockroach in Poha and for that no apology from the Hotel they just changed and got it back, the food was stale and not good.
The Bed size was very small, self being 6" could not sleep, The room size was extremely small not worth Rs. 5000/- . TV did not had any channel to be viewed

The Restaurant is good
Had a bitter experience at check in. Reception staffs are very unprofessional, not friendly nor helpful. Especially the lady reception staff was very arrogant.

Location was great, breakfast was scrumptious. Loved it.
Wanted a room with a balcony, instead got a small room, but front desk and staff we’re exceptional. Would stay again with a balcony and little larger room.

Location food taste cleanliness and ambience
Room no 1409 on the 4th floor where I stayed had a small bathroom and the toilet commode was fitted parallel to the side wall and i found it difficult to sit on it as very little space was available to spread my leg

the rooms are small and bed way too small for a family of two adults and a child. the breakfast given is good but some more options will help

They are luxury room price was 4k and early morning charges has conducted in Extra 2k.what was the logic ?they are show in actually varrient is luxury room is 6k....we r booking app for show in 4k...they are tally in early morning charges included around the 6k....

Inspite of chaning rooms, I suffered 2 nights of an AC which did not work.
