The quality food / breakfast at the restaurant in not up to the mark on the last day of our stay. The staff to be trained properly / arrangement of the cutlery on the table. Better management of buffet system and items to be refilled immediately.

location was good, wifi was super fast, clean and spacious rooms ,and very friendly helpful staff. the bathroom had very good hot water which helped in the late night showers
the hotel i booked didnt have a gym , but the other branch had

Location is good
Every area has different looks and not standardised , reception is very professional and once you step near lift area the floor tile colour changes and passage is too narrow and stair design is 30 year old plus , coming to the rooms they are large but tile has totally different pattern ( compared to lilac guruvayoor ; this property needs lot of standardisation and it seems it is a modification of old building not a good design
