That flat is very well situated with elevator, very quiet, big balcony. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom well equiped with cupboards and chest of drawers. Bathroom is fine. Living room and kitchen are ok

the location is very good. Having a car park is very worth doing. It is difficult to pack and unpack as you can only stay for a little while out on the high street

No cups , tea towels, cheese grater , colander , sieves. You really need to bring your own stuff, or buy them. Tea towels and towels where really hard, and only 2 tea towels of a horrible grey colour, first thing I did was to wash them, and buy some more

Great location and homely apartment nicely decorated. We had everything we needed, and a friendly warm welcome from the host. Loved the spacious balcony too.

That the owner was quite flexible for the key delivery despite delays in our flight from Geneva

There was some smell in the house that didn't go away until the end.

Location was great and very central. Located in the centre of Annecy. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly.

If you come by car, the car parking that is available is far away from the appartment.

The amount of storage in the bedroom and bathroom The style and decor of the apartment. Nice and cosy and warm.

We were unable to cook any meals as there is no work surface at all in the kitchen. There is nowhere to store your groceries either, we had to store ours in the bedroom! Sadly lacking in crockery. No mugs for making tea, just tiny coffee mugs for expressos. Only 2 wine glasses and they didn't match! Soap and pot towels were not provided so take your own. Avoid Friday nights in this apartment as the local bars were incredibly noisy and kept us awake until the early hours. Mattress very uncomfortable but the owner said he has ordered a new one. Reasonable location in the centre of town, but would benefit from some voiles for privacy. Laundry from the previous guests was left on the terrace throughout our 4 night stay. Hopeless location if you have lots of baggage and a dog as we had. There is nowhere to stop and unload safely. Not good value for money and we would not return.

The comfort of a new refurbished apartment with all amenities (kitchen, living, WiFi). Shower was very good. Extra pillows available but without clean pillow cases.

Noise at every time of day and night. Not very clean (especially utensils and pans in the kitchen), no soap to run dishwasher. Strange people sleeping on the ground by the main door Didn’t understand if the host was the owner or a property manager, either way felt a bit he was in a rush and just dropped the keys to us.
