Location, easy accessible to takin square and the metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful
It was clean and had all the facilities you need on holiday

Location and spacious lobby.
House keeping doesn’t replenish the items everyday; amenities overall is below the standard of a 4 starts hotel but it is fair for the price.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very caring. A special thanks to Miss Ruya, the front desk supervisor who has been very helpful prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The staff at the breakfast were also very attentive to our requests.
The location was perfect and there was a wide choice for the breakfast.
The hotel needs to be refreshed in terms of the bedroom, toilet and shower.
Very poor lighting in the room.
It seems it is not sound proof as we could hear noise from next door rooms.
The guests staying in the next door rooms were very loud and keep on slamming the doors late at night, which was very disturbing. We complained with the hotel reception and they sent security to check on those guests as other guests did complain as well.
