Friendly, helpful and accommodating team.
Looking tired in the bedrooms, with a little TLC the accommodation would match the team.

Quirky, good good, friendly staff
No dog bin outside.
In need of a little tlc. Our little courtyard needed tidying up and plants watering. Outside in general could do with a gardener.
The shower ceiling there was paint coming away.

Nice location, ideal for our walk on the Ridgeway. Comfortable and clean facilities. Pleasant staff.
Nothing to mention.

Staff were friendly. Lots of parking
Room smelt of sewage, very unpleasant. Not much sleep as bed was too soft and road noise. Had to wait over 1 hour for our cooked breakfast, had to remind the staff that we were still waiting for our breakfast
