The staff that smiled in the restaurant vs a few that always appeared they didnt want to be there or maybe they simply didnt want to serve me bc I tip based on character, 1st impressions & the server & lady who served the coffee never once made eye contact with me my entire 6 day stay.
I didnt like the tremor on the morning of August 16th 2026 :( The server and lady serving coffee didnt even say good morning let alone eye contact like the gentleman who wrote down guests room number.. He was the face and very polite, professional with a smile all the time ! It wasnt just me.. the 2 ladies pouring coffee and taking orders only made eye contact with other columbian guests .

The customer service was excellent! Location and restaurant were great. This was our 3rd time and we will be back.

Location
Bed mattress, housekeeping had to be reminded three times about not providing enough for each guest. The restaurant lunch and dinner was sub-standards. The breakfast was so so. The breakfast staff on the coffee station always seems disappointed or similar mood.
