I really appreciated how well the night guard took care of us. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was also nice, with a great variety and high quality.

The rooms were nicely furnished and clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, both with storing our luggage and organising transport.
The gardens are also really lovely and invite you to linger and relax.

Location perfect for Plaza des Armes and other key sights. Really helpful airport shuttle driver - boy, did he know the shortcuts and traffic jam avoiding routes.
Room very decent size. Shower really good.
Lift to our floor, although we used the stairs when we were luggage free
No means of making hot drinks in the room
