Condo clean, cookware & plastic storage containers were not. We cleaned cookware & was also very clean when we checked out. Most plastics needs trashing.

It was good condo

Size, exceptionally clean, location, views, layout of condo, being able to park at your door, security -We loved the condo and wished we could have stayed longer! Would love to stay again!

There really was nothing we didn’t like, except that maybe it was a little pricey, but it was worth it. Was also not a big fan of the bed in the Master B/R (would have preferred a firmer mattress), but then again, each one has his/her own preferences. It was so spacious, it would have been great to have had a couple of built in bunks for the kids. But everyone had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Nice apartment..very clean

Agents failed to inform us of construction on building..rented for beach view on balcony..unable to use due to construction, when you attempted to sit here you were pressure washed from above..construction started 6am..very noisey, hottubs and saunas closed off..got up in night clothes to find men on balcony preparing for painting looking in..none of this disclosed..when contacted agent..very nice to begin with offered compensation for inconveniencing and possibly slight discount on next visit..which would have been awesome was not asking for full refund..and then stopped contacting us..wont return calls..nothing was done about their dishonesty..vacasca will definitely not be someone we use again and will discourage others due to dishonesty
