第一次使用無人櫃檯的登記入住方式。首先飯店在線上客服的對話過程中提供了錯誤操作訊息，導致處理的過程沒能對當下的旅客困難做到充分了解和協助。浪費彼此的時間。後續的跟進中沒有正視問題所在、釐清系統問題或者溝通障礙。光道歉一個用字錯誤實在是很片面也很敷衍。 不能接受飯店的地方在於，入住前一天收到了飯店發來的信件要求入住者透過連結登錄證件和上傳照片。完成了之後，在隔天要入住時朋友們先到現場卻發現還是要另外提供證件以便櫃檯的pad可以掃描登記。我們就透過官網找到line的客服帳號，並溝通請團隊確認雲端數據來幫助我們完成登記入住。客服沒搞清楚狀況反覆的告知透過連結或者現場的iPad提供證件即可辦理入住，我們因為是兩撥人分開行動，所以也配合的再次使用連結想完成所謂證件的上傳。但系統ㄧ是沒有及時更新上傳的內容、再者我們也因為跟線上客服溝通上的困難感到困擾。最終是使用現場的iPad掃描證件才完成了登記。 究竟是線上系統的雲端存取有問題才導致無法直接入住嗎？那線上客服為什麼不能做出解釋、避免無效溝通？重複一樣的話想讓客人自己奇蹟般解決問題又沒有要找問題癥結的話，那客服實在沒有存在意義。 相當糟糕的入住經驗、相當不愉快的客服溝通經驗。

大人数で利用させてもらったが、トイレ、シャワーも2ヵ所あり、洗濯機、乾燥機もふるで利用させてもらった。屋上のプールも良かったです。食器洗いのスポンジも新しいもので清潔感があり良かったです。

何処で靴を脱いだらいいか迷った。お風呂に換気扇がついていたら良かったです。

Spacious, food downstairs was top notch. Relatively quiet, pool upstairs was nice. All food places we wanted was within walking distance. American Village within walking distance as well. Whole family loved it. We traveled from Hong Kong with two kids.

Needed to know where we could put our recycling, in the end it just stockpiled in the room. Strange not having a person to greet us but we understand the need for lessened contact.

Awesome! We loved getting dinner to go at the izakaya. My son enjoyed the pool!

The room was little dusty.

This place was amazing.. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Great location walking distance to the American village. Pool was great especially when the bar was open.

The Bar was not open all the time or definite same times each day. Extra towels or Beach/Pool Towels would help.

The space and the view are good.

No service counter, elder might have difficulties checking in.

kitchen and swimming pool are ok

self check in and check out. When we found air conditioner no cool wind and no one can help to fix it. we are disappointed.

The location is central and makes it easy to get to beaches and the rest of the island. The building itself is next to a Family Mart and a very short walk (5 mins) to a McDonald’s.

There is no staff on the property. We understood this but when it came to practicality it was inconvenient. We had an issue that was resolved later in the day but it was difficult to communicate. We also did not get fresh towels, enough wash cloths, or clean sheets during our stay.

Everything. Well, I hope the pool can be a little warmer ☺️ but other than that everything is perfect!
