The breakfast was delicious and the people could not be nicer. Comfortable rooms and a very easy self check-in. Will be back!

The location of the hotel was ideal. Walking distance to restaurants.
Free parking and spacious front drive.
Friendly staff.
Peaceful.
Comfortable bed.
Cleanliness of the room. Dusty in a few places and cobwebs on the ceiling and lamps.

The hospitality from Sid and Marie was excellent. Check in was easy. The room was clean, with a good outlook and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was very good and they accommodated our dietary needs for a Coeliac. Ample parking. A 10 minute walk into Betwys-y-Coed shops and restaurants. Ideal location for walks without needing a car, and all the major mountains within a 20 minute drive.
nothing comes to mind.

Quiet, clean and friendly.
Parking a little tight if full but option to park off road if needed.
