Very pleasant and comfortable. Good restaurant.
When booking the hotel it does not say it sits in the middle of a holiday park with static homes. Thought it was in the open countryside. However the holiday park was very well taken care of and was very quiet when we were there.

Able to park, great views over Conwy Valley and very peaceful location
We would have liked a small packet of biscuits on the in-room tray.

Beautiful location and views
Comfortable rooms
Great breakfast
Arriving on a Sunday at 5pm to be told no food to be served after 5pm. Had-to go out into the town struggled to find availability in a restaurant. Arrived back to the hotel before 8pm to everything closed not even able to get a drink it was very disappointing and ruined our stay.
