This was our best accommodation during our 10-day trip across different cities in Italy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the beautiful interior design and the beautifully decorated room. The location was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a personal welcome rather than a lockbox. We got restaurant recommendations which were all excellent. The advice to walk up the hill for the sunset was spot on. The general approach of 'make yourself at home,' really came across. We made frequent use of the chilled water dispenser. Room is bright, spacious and clean, good bathroom. Decent sized fridge for milk and supplementary breakfast materials (the standard 'Italian breakfast' is not enough for our activity level). Central location.
Curtains that cut out more of the light. Not a major issue and an eye mask is not a heavy item to carry.

Good, comfortable stay right in the city. Location is easy to get to, and easy to find after exploring Florence.
It was a little small for our family traveling with big suitcases.
