Quando non ti stai godendo la breve passeggiata per la spiaggia sabbiosa, questa casa spaziosa e adatta agli animali domestici offrirà a te e alla tua famiglia una fuga confortevole dal trambusto, consentendo allo stesso tempo viaggi convenienti ai negozi e ai ristoranti della zona.
Situata tra le autostrade, questa casa Kitty Hawk a tre livelli più tranquilla offre splendide viste sull'oceano e numerosi ponti per goderne. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino o il cocktail pomeridiano mentre guardi le onde rotolare dentro e fuori e dentro e fuori ancora.
In vero stile da casa sulla spiaggia delle Outer Banks, Caroline ... Ahh è una casa capovolta. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale king size, una con due camere da letto doppie e una con un letto a castello gemellato su due letti singoli tra terra e primo livello. Al livello superiore troverete la seconda camera da letto King Master, nonché la zona giorno ariosa con molti mobili confortevoli posizionati per sfruttare appieno le splendide viste. Tutti possono gustare un pasto insieme al tavolo della sala da pranzo mentre si intravede le splendide acque dell'Atlantico. La caratteristica preferita del cuoco su questo piano sarà la cucina aperta, che include posti a sedere aggiuntivi nel suo bar dell'isola. Le porte scorrevoli attraverso la parete posteriore e le ampie finestre permettono alla luce naturale di abbracciare la grande stanza, offrendo una splendida vista da tutti gli angoli. Esci sul ponte e goditi i panorami e i suoni di Kitty Hawk!
Se non giochi sulla spiaggia, tuffati nella piscina privata al piano terra! Lo spazio sul ponte del cortile offre un ottimo posto per grigliare. Termina la giornata rilassandoti nella vasca idromassaggio, riconnettendoti e godendoti i semplici piaceri di stare insieme. Una fantastica vacanza ti sta aspettando a Caroline ... Ahh.
** Le piscine private non riscaldate apriranno il 16 aprile e chiuderanno il 1 ottobre. Le piscine e le vasche idromassaggio vengono pulite settimanalmente e non oltre le 6 p. m. il giorno del check-in. **

Our family meets up every two years to enjoy time together. We love the OBX. This house was very clean, close to the beach, and perfect for the three families to enjoy together. Pet friendly, good house flow to rooms. Pool and hot tub were welcoming when we were not at the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again in 2 years!

This house is a great location. It was so close to beach and the pool was perfect for the kids to swim in the evening. It was a great size for my family of 7. The only thing was that check-in was at 4 and the cleaning people were still there at 430.

The location of the house was great! However the house needs a lot of updating and was not extremely clean. Also they did not have all the items you except in a rental, kitchen items, extra towels, amenities. The door code didn’t work til 10 after 4. The company did not answer calls or emails. Overall the location was great but disappointed in the service and house

great time with family, but disappointed in the cleanliness of house
The floors were COVERED in dirt. We vacuumed them on the 1st day since we had 2 babies running around and we had to empty the vacuum bag twice per floor.... very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Overall, the space was nice for what we needed for our family to fit comfortably.

Nice vacation
The location was nice because we could walk to a restaurant and ice cream shop. The beech was a short walk. Nice home.

Awesome accommodations for our fishing group
This property provided the ideal setting to relax and unwind between a group of chartered fishing trips. Easy access to the beach and shopping and only a short jaunt to the docks.

The combination didn't work for the door until 20 minutes after check-in time, So I tried calling the property maintenance company and no one answered the phone- it just continued ringing. Eventually the combination worked. We were able to get into the house to find that it was very dirty. The furniture was gross and dirty. The mattresses had stains on them. For the amount of money that I paid for this rental I would have at least expected it cleaned. There were huge balls of pet hair drifting across the floor- the pet before ours must have had black fur lol. Other than that the location was great, the pool was wonderful and everything else worked as it should.

I'm not one to send along bad reviews but I was moderately disappointed with our stay. The house was not entirely clean (specifically - lots of dust and the bedding had stains in some rooms). Additionally, the house needs to be repainted and is in need of a thorough deep clean as well as detailed walkthrough to fix small issues like missing lightbulbs.
Both the passcode and wifi directions were incorrect. We never heard back from the property about the wifi after calling for assistance but they were responsive about the passcode.
Everything else was fine but it didn't have the extra conveniences of a typical VRBO for that price (e.g. britta filter, basic cookware, etc.).
It did not stop us from enjoying our stay but I would not rent this property again.

I'm not one to send along bad reviews but I was moderately disappointed with our stay. The house was not entirely clean (specifically - lots of dust and the bedding had stains in some rooms). Additionally, the house needs to be repainted and is in need of a thorough deep clean as well as detailed walkthrough to fix small issues like missing lightbulbs.
Both the passcode and wifi directions were incorrect. We never heard back from the property about the wifi after calling for assistance but they were responsive about the passcode.
Everything else was fine but it didn't have the extra conveniences of a typical VRBO for that price (e.g. britta filter, basic cookware, etc.).
It did not stop us from enjoying our stay but I would not rent this property again.
