Everything! The communication before we arrived was excellent and the support during the stay was great too. The place was perfect for us - an excellent place to retreat to in comfort from the business of Venice. The location was brilliant too - easy walking distance from everything but that bit quieter than the busy areas. Easy to get to from the train station too. Thank you!!!
