Great location for us in Long Beaxh. Pat and Courtney were lovely and Pats breakfasts were delicious. She was very happy to make a veggie breakfast for us which was much appreciated

Breakfast coffee and breakfast were great! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
Biggest problem was that it was not air conditioned which we did not expect. There were ceiling fans but it was hot! Shower had low water pressure. TV was very basic and dated. They could upgrade to a smart TV. Back patio area could have been much nicer with upgraded furniture.
