Fantastic view over Cat Bells from the bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Very easy access to Keswick centre and the lake. Second time we have stayed here and will stay again definitely!
Nothing could have improved our stay - we were very satisfied

Great location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room, comfy beds. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommend.
Added bonus to be able to leave cases prior to check in.
Everything was excellent, nothing negative

Great location, fabulous breakfast in the hotel next door and the staff were wonderful
Needed some hooks in the bedroom to hang your coats up.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Nice view from window and great location.
The room was very small and the bed was small. Room was very bland with no nice features. For the price I would have expected much better.
