L'unità 407 di Seagull Condominiums è una casa vacanza con due camere da letto e due bagni con una magnifica vista sul Golfo del Messico. La cucina completamente attrezzata di recente ristrutturazione con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile si apre sul soggiorno e dispone di un bar con 4 sgabelli da bar per sedute extra. C'è un letto king size e TV a schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale e una cabina doccia nel bagno principale. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli. C'è un materassino aerodinamico e un divanetto che si estrae in un letto per dormire di più. Appartamento 6 posti letto.

The view was amazing, beach was clean, the condo itself was very clean and nice.
Construction was ongoing during our stay to replace wooden railings with steel ones. They made sure to include that in every communication as well as be clear that work would only take place from 10am to 4pm. They stayed true to that.
One of the elevators needed maintenance during our stay but it was fixed overnight and working again by the next morning.
If you pay for a canopy, they get set up at 10, but if you're out on the beach earlier than that, the workers are super kind, quick, and accommodating. We never asked, but they would see that we were in a spot where a tent should go, politely ask us if we had reserved one, and then pop it up for us super quick before getting back to the rest of their work.
This will become a yearly trip for us. It was perfect.
Nothing beats being able to go straight from your condo, onto a boardwalk, and right out onto the beach!

Had a great time staying at the Sea Gull condos. The unit worked out perfectly for my family. Great view of the Gulf. The canopys provided by the condos make it easy to enjoy the beach and have some shade.
