Location by rail/bus station and the property manager was the best! Super clean and old building made the stay unique and special. High tech gadgets in newly renovated room. Comfy bed and pillows.

Outstanding. Excellent hosts, superb location near the Rome Central Terminal.

Owners were fantastic with location directly across from Roma train station which is wonderful if arriving or departing by train. Nicer neighborhood with shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away.
Maybe minor, but no room for eating. European breakfast is included and ok, but must be eaten in your room.

Andrea was a superb host! He sent a video prior to our arrival to help us locate the property. He was so friendly and so helpful that he really made it a good experience. Our room was quiet and cool, which was appreciated after a day of exploring busy Rome. It is close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is offered but we had to head off for a tour before breakfast time so he left breakfast items in our room and arranged a taxi!
The room we were in was a bit small although very clean and had good amenities. It is on the 3rd floor, so probably not the best for those with mobility issues although there is a small lift to bring your luggage up.
