Immerso in Leadville, questo affascinante casa a 149 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Simpatica casetta di montagna. Fuga perfetta per la tua montagna. A soli 30 minuti da Copper Mountain, a 45 minuti da Vail e 15 minuti da Ski Copper. Questa è una nuova casa con lavatrice e asciugatrice complete. Dormi sonni tranquilli in una delle 2 camere da letto. I letti disponibili sono una regina nel letto principale e un letto a castello (due letti separati) nella seconda camera da letto. Sono disponibili sia internet wireless ad alta velocità che TV satellitare (DirecTV), un DVD, film e una selezione di libri e giochi. Casa perfetta per una piccola famiglia, coppia o amici volte. Questo è 1/2 di un nuovo duplex. I cani sono i benvenuti, ma per favore non lasciare che permetta sui mobili.

Great views, comfy home with two bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed a week skiing and relaxing in this house. Did not miss home one bit.

The location was great unbelievable view of the mountains, the house was awesome the place pretty has everything you need to cook a big dinner and the cable service and more!! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have stayed in at least 5 different rental homes in Leadville. Most of those had an old-style, quirky feel, and were very comfortable. This property is newer and it felt more like home. It is a newer property with a fresh feel. Modern appliances, and furnished just right. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary (for Leadville) stay, I would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, organized and easy to stay in. We had an event at the college so the location could not have been better.

This VRBO was incredible. I really appreciated Melissa’s responsiveness and cooperation. It’s an incredible place to stay while in the Leadville area. Everything in Melissa’s control was impeccable. I appreciated the spice rack, mixer, blender, lots of cooking equipment, washer/dryer, nice grill. Super clean!!!!
My only negative comments are beyond her control. The location is in an area that is being developed. Piles of concrete rubble. Construction equipment. When sitting on her beautiful front porch you get a great view of the mountains and horrible view of the city/county rod service equipment. Again,this is out of her control.

We enjoyed staying at this location in Leadville, CO. It was very close to hiking trails, nearby attractions and dining. The residence was very clean and worked well for the four of us. It was in a quiet neighborhood and nicely appointed. We will stay here again when visiting the area.

This is one of the best rental properties I have stayed at. This place had all the comforts of home and more. The views of the mountains from the property are grand. This is a great location for hiking and close to restaurants. The ranger station where you can get information is one minute away. The beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order and it was exceptionally clean.

My husband, sister-in-law, and I stayed for 3 nights. The location was convenient, easy to find, and easy to enter. The size was comfortable, all our needs were met, we were lack for nothing, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and it smelled good. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our Leadville getaway. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome here and there was even an enclosed yard in the back for her. The location near Colorado Mountain College was perfect with nearby hiking trails and not too far from downtown. We highly recommend this property!

Check in process was simple, host was very accommodating. The property was easy to find had great views, and was clean. Traveling with young children 3 and 18 months is definitely trying. It was way better to rent a house then have a single hotel room for $50-60 less (overall price)

I would give this rental more than five stars if I could. Comfortable, clean, dog-friendly, and the view of Mt Massive from the kitchen window can’t be beat! Loved it.

We had a fabulous weekend at this property. It was very clean, updated, and in excellent condition. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the essentials. We were traveling with our dog, and the house had a dog bed and dog dishes to use. The location was convenient to town and nearby hikes. A great value overall. We definitely plan to return.

This duplex in Leadville is clean, convenient to local activities and very relaxing to come home to. While staying here we did hikes in the AM then an activity such as riding bikes around the Mineral Belt and riding the Leadville train up into the mountains. Even took a day trip over Independence Pass to Aspen. The duplex was extremely clean and had everything you would need for your stay. I would definitely stay there again should I return to Leadville. Excellent communication, nice location, great for a well behaved dog. Used this as a Basecamp for daily epic hikes. Absolutely perfect, comfortable, and quiet. Will be back!

We were in town for the Leadville Trail 100 MTB race and the location was perfect. Just outside of town on a quiet street. The views from the deck were spectacular. We got to see the sun set behind the mountains every night. The house was perfect for a family of 4. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Highly reccomended!
