Exceptional design! This hotel room is one of the most comfortable and well thought out rooms I have ever stayed in. Spacious, stylish and simply stunning!! Great location in the old cobble streets of Lyon. Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommended!
Access to the property can be a bit tricky as there is no reception and a small corridor up to the elevator, so there is no one on site to speak to, that said, the staff are very responsive to questions and came back to us quickly when we needed something.

Perfect location - in the heart of Lyon. Very comfortable room. Probably the best hotel shower I’ve ever had.
My first room had a water leakage issue and the bathroom was flooded. It took to the next day for the hotel to address.

Great location, nice decor and comfortable bed.
Quite tired with marks on walls and chips on skirting boards. The fire place wasn’t working and it took us 3 attempts to contact the property by phone just to be told that the person didn’t know the suites and thought the fire was supposed to be just an orange light without the vapeur flames (as seen on the website).
