We rented this place for my cousins 40th birthday trip. Myself, my husband, my cousin and her husband. We enjoyed the area mid February. We explored distilleries, museums, food, and shopping. Great location for easy access to many different areas. Everything we needed close by and within this rental.

We came to Louisville to attend Bourbon and Beyond. Everything about our stay was terrific. The place is spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Brandon is wonderful. Communication was fast and helpful. He went out of his way to get us down pillows - so nice! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee pods and the bathroom has a hair dryer. We were able to pair the TV with our phone to watch videos, etc. The place is located a couple of blocks from a great little neighborhood with lots of restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport. We ordered groceries online for some basic items and brought our own toiletries (recommended) unlike some of the reviews I did not find it noisy - just cars whooshing by but no other street noise at all (I’m from NYC so that may be a factor lol).

It’s a nice place with charm. It’s on a noisy street, which made sleeping harder. There were fewer amenities than I expected; no kettle to boil water, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner. My experience with VRBO led me to expect things like this in a rental.

Perfect location for dining, coffee shops and cocktails. Quick access to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean. This will be our go to place to stay when we are back in the city.

This was better than we could have expected! The place was extremely clean and well designed. Had everything we needed in terms of towels, kitchen, etc. Amazing location with lots of cute bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within short walking distance. Very short car ride to airport and downtown. And super communicative and gracious host. Will definitely look for this location if we are ever back in Louisville!

Great neighborhood full of shops and restaurants (with happy hour deals). Unit was exactly as described - updated, clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. I felt safe and would definitely return.

We stayed here for the farm machinery show. Not a bad drive to the expo center and plenty of good food around close. Would stay here again

Was very convenient when visiting family that live in Highland Park for Thanksgiving. Was able to walk to many places, and the parking available made it easy to arrange car pickup when needed. Check in/out was easy. Only complaint would be too many throw pillows on the bed.

Coziness in the middle of a city
Absolutely LOVED our stay! The place was super clean, had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was just so cozy. Location was great as well for anything you need. The host was VERY communicative. HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you for the stay. :)

Nice Place!
The area is fantastic. The location of the property is convenient to about everything. The property was clean and well equiped. Yes, there are stairs but it really wasn't a bid deal for us. There is road noise but I understand Brandon would provide you with a white noise machine. That would surely solve the problem. I had read that it is problematic for some but we slept fine. Tip!!! The lamps in the bedrooms have a usb port on the back of the base! I am glad I figured that out because there was only one outlet behind the bed. The linens were fresh, the towels were nice...We may be back because there was so much of Louisville we didn't get to see in our short stay. Thanks for everything Brandon.

Looks exactly like the photos. Great location, very clean, off street parking. My only complaint is not having Wi-Fi the entire weekend and the vents in the kitchen, living, and bathroom all falling from the ceiling. Emily was very helpful in trying to fix the Wi-Fi problem, which I appreciated, but I messaged Brandon about these issues and was never responded too. Kind of a slap in face in my opinion seeing as he is the main contact. Bottom line you don’t ignore people who spend their time and money with you.

Excellent overall, bring your traveling sleeping pillow
Accurate listing, well equipped clean new apartment in excellent location. Check in process was smooth with responsive communication throughout the stay. Our only issue was the oversized, heavy sleeping pillows; we had to use bath towels as pillows (they’re plush!). I would strongly recommend bringing a travel pillow.

Fun stay in Louisville
Great location for our mini getaway in your fair city. Easy to get around to a ton of stuff, including an evening of races at Churchill Downs. Suggested improvements: fixing the water pressure in the shower and not having your guests do any laundry...that should be included in the cleaning and service fees.

So loud!
First off I would like to say for the cost this is a good deal! However if you are a light sleeper, don’t expect to get ANY sleep. My husband I both felt like we were sleeping on the street. The home has no installation and windows are horrible.

Bourbon Trail
Nice property, close to most places in Louisville. The property is in third floor and the stairs are exposed outside. If you cannot take your suitcase up/down, reconsider.

Amazing stay!
I enjoyed every second of my stay! The property was SO clean, I had an issue with the TV and the owner was very quick to respond to fix the issue, and the location is perfect! I have zero complaints ability the stay and highly recommend it for others!

Girl's Weekend Getaway!
We loved this loft! 15 minutes to Downtown Louisville and 15 minutes to a mall and other restaurants! Updated kitchen, bathroom and decor made for a "home away from home" experience. It does have a lot of stairs to get to the loft, but none inside. Only minor things, but there wasn't an ice cream scoop or scissors. It also might be nice to have a noise machine of some kind in each bedroom because the traffic passing was quite loud each night. Overall, this place was perfect for our girls weekend and we loved it!
