We stayed at BeachCrest and it was fabulous! Benchmark, the management company, was very helpful before and during our stay.

Amazing view. Clean place. Furnishing a little worn. Beds were not very comfortable and there was not a mattress pad on the king bed, we had plenty of towels which was nice. Great location. Easy walk to Seaside.

First. The views are amazing- they are the best thing about this property. The building and grounds are adequately kept. And the pool area although small is nice and clean. The unit itself is in need of updating - The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable Both bathrooms are very small but workable Kitchen adequately equipped Living room furniture needs replaced- not inviting at all Paint peeling off the ceiling and walls. Bifold doors to washer dryer will soon fall off Other unit noise is very noticeable The location and views are the best part of this unit. For the price it is ok- but nothing luxurious about the accommodations. VRBO has at 8.8 stars. To me it’s more like 5/10
