This property was a good deal for the money. Be advised that the kitchen is downstairs (with 2 bedrooms upstairs) so there are lots of stairs. More space to spread out than a hotel, so worth the money for the space. Furniture needed to be more comfortable, so keep that in consideration as well. Host varied in terms of how communicative he was. Close to most places in Denver, including the train and restaurants.

This house was perfect for our family of 3 and would have easily fit a couple more. Close to all the amenities, as well as fantastic restaurants and grocery stores. And a very easy drive to downtown Denver, Morrison and even Colorado Springs. It was our base hub for 7 days and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was in great shape and in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly (while walking dogs) and back porch was a great place to relax. Owner was super prompt in replying to questions and house was located about 15 minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in Denver for a week and the house was in a convenient place for us. Plenty of room and the garage was a plus.

Hector's place is clean, easy to access and in a great location if you plan to visit the mountains. Many restaurants and options close by. We enjoy the stay and would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything that we would need. Really appreciate the garage, which protects the car during snowy times. And absolutely love the shower head :)

This house was perfect for our stay in Denver to visit family. We had plenty of space to host a birthday party, it was clean, well decorated, and the host was very responsive when we needed anything. Perfect location - easy access to everything! I would definitely book it again.

Great home and great host. The property listing was very accurate, and the checkin process seamless. Each time it snowed, the walk and driveway were cleared of snow. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

We loved this house! We wanted to take our 15 year old grandson to Colorado for fall break this year. It was his first time to Colorado and on an airplane. The house is in a great location. I took us about 15 mins to get to downtown Denver and 40 mins to the airport on a Saturday mid morning. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. The house had plenty of room to spread out. We took the downstairs queen bed and our grandson took the king bed upstairs and his mom the queen bed in the room across. We did not cook, but there was plenty of cooking and eating utensils if we wanted to cook a meal. There is a driveway, so we did not have to find parking along the street, which is always a plus. There is keyless entry, so you do not have to keep track of a key. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I would book this house if I was in the area again.

Everything went fine, one issue out of owners control worked out fine. Communication was good. Would recommend.

This property was perfect for our getaway. There was plenty of space. It was easy to find. The pillows & beds were super comfy. I’ve recommended the property to my brother when we return in November for a wedding.

My wife and I found the accommodations to be very good. We came in for the Thanksgiving holiday and hosted our family for dinner. It was exactly what we were looking for as far as the size and able to seat the number of people we had for dinner. The host was prompt and helpful in responding to all our questions..

Overall the home was ok. Paint was peeling off the ceilings and it appeared to have lots of mold growing in the return air vent. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have any hot water. All other things were good though. Beds were comfortable.

Great three bedroom house with a nice dining room and large table to accommodate families. We enjoyed many family dinners and game nights. Beautiful back deck/patio, enjoyed morning coffee there. My family and I stayed here for a month while visiting family in the Denver area. Hector was a great host and very attentive to any needs that arose. Thank you.
