It wasn't so far from the center, it is few minutes walk to the genocide museum. Most of the stuff are nice.

Having a kitchenette and laundry machine was great, really helped cut costs by making our own breakfast and dinner a couple of times. Good location. TV with some English channels. Large room for the price.

A few details that held it back and became annoying over the 6 days we were there. The kittenette was missing a couple more cups, there was only one glass and no coffee mugs. It was also a bit dirty. The bed smelt very pungent, I'm not quite sure what it was, but it was not super pleasant. The sheets had holes and rips in them too. The other strange thing was the breaker for the room would trip if you had multiple things going on at once like the shower and the AC which was annoying. They were unable to give us new towels.

honestly the room was perfect, especially for the value. the bed was nice and cozy; the air conditioning was top-notch; there was hot water and a washing machine on the balcony; and they had a big fridge. There was a fan as well, a stocked kitchen and toiletries. I really appreciated their effort at making it nice for their guests. :)

the noise from the neighbors and upstairs. I could always hear chairs being moved from above and footsteps. I got woken up a few times. Doors would slam and it was loud. Other than that it was perfect but the noise was pretty annoying.

I loved my stay here! staff were so friendly and even let me check out late. so kind! also the apartments are a great size and have fully stocked kitchens. convenient location also, minutes walk to the genocide museum. 10/10 wish I’d stayed longer

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and it has everything you need - kitchen, utensils and washing machine. Most importantly, it is clean.

Could have been cleaner. Kitchen lacking some basic items such as mugs for a coffee in the morning.

It had a kitchen and a big fridge, so you can easily buy groceries and cook for yourself.

Loved the studio. Big room, complete with all the facilities. There's a little kitchen, a fridge (that is super useful if you are travelling on a budget and want to buy/cook your own food). There's also a washing machine in the bathroom which I didn't expect and was so happy about haha Hot water available. Location was really good too, small and calm alley ,far from the traffic and chaos.

Flat is functional and clean.

Images don't show that entry point is also location for the occupants of other flats mopeds. Lots of people moving around up to midnight storing their bikes. Staff were extremely unhelpful. I spoke with the manager about this for which he apologised..

Good apartment close to Tuol Sleng Museum in a quiet street. Air conditioning, kitchen and washing machine. Good option if you want to feel like home and cook for yourself.

We had a few problems with the equipments in the apartment, but the staff was very helpful and solved everything for us. You can talk to them for anything.

It was our second stay in Phnom Penh, the apartament is conveniently located in the city centre, close to the war museum and many cafeterias and restaurants. When you type the name of hotel on the map it is easy to find. The room was big and clean with comfortable bed. We could make a laundry BUT you have to have your own detergent. There is also a modestly equiped kitchen.

Top quality accommodation, very supportive and generous host, met my expectation with high standards. The accommodation is in a quiet local neighbourhood. Everything is not far, just around USD 1.5 away by TukTuk if you use the ride sharing app i.e. Grab. Highly recommended.

Great space for a few nights, very quiet location. Kitchen well equipped as well as the bathroom. Staff were kind and helpful.

Would suggest better toiletries for the bathroom. Liquid hand and bath soap would be helpful.
