Beds were comfortable, room was nice and clean.
Sound carries very well, we were awakened by neighbors getting in late. Could hear EVERYTHING.

The hotel and room were fine; it did have that smell of something sprayed to cover up another smell, and one of the pillows smelled really bad of "body odor," but not mine. I did put my "fresh-up" tag on my door, but I found one clean towel, and my bed covers were pulled up but not made (not a huge deal). When I ordered room service, the person who answered made a point of telling me they closed at 9:00 pm and it was 8:30. Both my fries and my hamburger were cold and tasted like I was chewing leather. I did ask that the patty itself show no pink, but this can be done without overcooking it into a hockey puck, on top of being overpriced just because it was room service at 8:30?
Same as above.

It had some great staff members and some that were overworked
Noise. Vacuum going early morning. Construction and major outside noise.
