The room was comfortable, we stayed multiple nights. The free laundry was great and handy to have. We also used the free EV charging. Breakfast was good. Hot options changed daily.
One of the elevators broke down on the weekend which made the remaining elevator busy.

Everyone looked up and said hello and was so friendly. Housekeeping came daily and our room was always made up when we came back which was nice! We enjoyed breakfast everyday and felt there was a nice variety.
The beds were old and creaky and should be returned.

Very clean and beautiful
The floor needed mopped my babies feet were pretty dirty from crawling but was swept well

Too many “extra charges” parking, later check out no early check in. Felt like I was being treated as a “”lesser human being” because I was not Savy enough to know how to work your system.
