We are repeat guests as a result of the reasons noted in this survey. All 10's and very happy. It exceeds or expectations for this type of hotel, especially having "fresh", made to order (limited menu + Starbucks coffee) breakfast and Happy Hour selections. The hosts of the morning breakfast and Happy Hour are pleasant and engaging. Front desk attendants are also engaging and always greeting you as you come and go from the hotel. Plus, being at the 'End of Line' for the Seattle light rail makes getting to and from SEATAC airport so much easier! Plus, visiting downtown, University of Washington, Baseball, Football/Soccer matches all available of the light rail. No traffic hassle!!

Room was clean but hallways and elevators were damaged and a little dirty

It was clean and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Towels were provided at pool.
TV was easy to use.
Enjoyed convenience to light rail station and convenience to other restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.
There was one staff member who I had tried to order breakfast with and had questions, but was having trouble communicating with and getting my questions answered. I was told one thing by one staff, but then she told me something else. Prices for breakfast were a bit much also. Situation was frustrating so I decided to grab breakfast elsewhere.
The pillows aren’t comfortable.
The toilet clogged up and I barely used it!
Shower curtain doesn’t keep in water very well, so water splashed all over the floor when I took a shower. There were puddles everywhere in the bathroom floor—even by the toilet. Also, the shower squeals.
The windows must be really thin because I could hear the cars passing by on Alderwood…and I was on the 4th floor.
I got a room very very far away from the elevator and since there was no trolly available to carry my stuff up with to my room, I had to carry my stuff w/o.
The hot tub was more lukewarm than anything, could have been warmer.
Not the worst experience, but not my favorite either, especially for the price.
