The location was good.
The toilets and the shower room were horribly bad. I did not expect such a toilet and shower room in such a good location.

It has the best location. Everything was near. From fast food chains, convenient stores and fast fashion brands, to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury fashion brands, everything is in walkable distance.
We were welcomed by Hyuda, the most hard-working staff. He is the friendliest, greets you good morning and good night with the sweetest, most sincere smile.
The only clean stuff you would get are the bed linens and towels. Rooms are dusty, urinals/toilets are filthy and stinky, it literally has pee and 💩 stains, and doesn’t have any form of bidet or tap to wash your 🍑, unless you’re from a country where wiping your 🍑 dry with toilet paper is normal, you’ll need lots of wet wipes, soap and a bottled water to make it comfortable. Showers have pink mold and black grime on the tiles, you’ll need to bring your own shower slippers. You can’t blame the staff for it as I only see 1 person doing the check-in, changing of linens and segregating and taking out the trash for the entire building. It is clearly understaffed and needs professional cleaning company to make it tidy and keep it that way.

The keeper runs the business with a light touch , you feel welcome and at home almost immediately .

Close to the station, attractions, and food
Beds are just a padding on some wood on the squeakiest bunk bed I’ve ever heard. The walls, floor, and curtains all had stains on them. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone talking.

The location was great
Originally I booked accommodation for 2 nights it was advertised for $104. Then prior to checking in the price went up to ¥14,000

The bathroom and toilets are dirty. The staff is impatient and not good at English.
